The individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement function of the Pakistan Cricket Board while serving as the Board's principal specialist in contract drafting, structuring, and review. The role ensures that every procurement outcome is translated into a legally sound, commercially protective, and enforceable contract, and that all processes remain transparent, compliant, and value-driven in line with the PPRA Rules 2004, PCB procurement policies, and applicable governance frameworks. Beyond running fair and competitive procurement, the incumbent is expected to bring a lawyer's eye to contracts, anticipating risk, closing drafting gaps, and safeguarding PCB's institutional and financial interests in every agreement it enters.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Public and Private procurement, tendering, contract management, and strategic sourcing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role including demonstrable, hands-on experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering complex contracts.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Law & Business.
• Hands-on experience in tendering, bid evaluation, contract drafting, and end-to-end contract management, including clause review, risk allocation, interpretation, and administration of commercial, works, service, and lease agreements.
• Demonstrated experience working under PPRA Rules 2004 and utilization of the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS).
• Sound working knowledge of contract-related legal frameworks relevant to PCB, including the Contract Act 1872, and FIDIC conditions of contract for works and construction engagements.

The Media Monitoring Officer will be responsible for monitoring television channels, news tickers, and other relevant media content on a rotational shift basis, preparing accurate summaries, and producing concise, well-structured reports to support organizational decision-making.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and review television programs, news tickers and other relevant media content.
• Summarize key developments, stories, and issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Accurately type and transcribe Urdu content from television broadcasts and news tickers.
• Prepare timely and accurate media monitoring reports.
• Maintain organized records and archives of monitored content for future reference.
• Stay updated on current affairs, media trends, and developments relevant to PCB.
• Perform media monitoring duties on a rotational shift basis to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
• Ensure timely handover of monitoring updates and reports between shifts.

Please Note: This position requires working in a 24/7 rotational three-shift environment. Candidates must be willing to work day, evening, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts as assigned.
