The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing PCB's infrastructure strategy while ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of Infrastructure Projects. The role will play a key part in developing modern cricket facilities and supporting infrastructure ecosystems across Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and authorize claims, invoices, change orders, and variation requests in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and obtain necessary approvals for any budget variations.
• Ensures that all operations run with legality and conformity to established regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting of construction issues.
• To ensure that all the materials used for work performed are as per specifications and as per consultants’ recommendations.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and records.
• Remain informed of emerging developments, technologies, and best practices relevant to infrastructure and project management.
• To manage and monitor the progress of projects.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking an experienced and skilled Fielding Coach to join the Pakistan Men's National Cricket Team. The Fielding Coach will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the Fielding skills of Pakistan National Team Players.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, COMPETENCY AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers/national/franchisee or international teams.
• Excellent understanding of Fielding techniques, game analysis, and player development. 
• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating systems and processes currently in vogue at international arena in developing modern Fielding techniques.
• Experience in successfully coaching athletes/cricketers to the required international standards.
• Strong planning, organizing and executing capabilities. 
• Strong management skills.
• Proven ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds. 
• Strong analytical capabilities with problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), Coaching Software would be considered as an added qualification.
