- Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular audits, cycle counts, and addressing discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes
- Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures rigorously for all food items.
- Maintain accurate records using inventory management systems / ERP to track stock movements.
- Collaborate effectively with Procurement Department to optimize inventory processes.
