This role is responsible to supervise and effectively upkeep the stadium at all times. Deliver day to day administrative operations, plan and execute all the administrative guidelines/procedures in the most efficient manner.

• Liaison with local Government and other Civil authorities.
• To supervise the duties of office boys and janitorial staff.

• To ensure the safety of property as per given instructions & standards.

Responsible for developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures, controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses, recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards in line with Departmental SOPs.

• Ensure safety and security of all PCB assets/venues throughout Pakistan.
• Coordinate with the LEAs and Government Departments for Security arrangements during matches (Domestic/International).
• Responsible for implementing security plans/programmes such as Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation under the guidelines of Director Security & Anti-Corruption, PCB.
• Responsible for discipline and conduct of security department’s operational personnel.
• Arrange regular training of security personnel.

Responsible for strategizing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals without compromising on quality.

• Responsible for year-round procurement management.
• Develop and coordinate tender / bid documents and procurement contracts
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors.
• Review & draft RFPs supply contracts, services, framework contracts, tenders, RFQs, etc.
• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating the requisitions and identifying the optimal procurement process under PPRA Rules.

This role is responsible for of planning, operational management and control of all affairs relating to pitches, outfield and equipment of cricket stadium and grounds.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to develop / transfer, operate, and maintain Cricket Pitches / Outfields. 
• Implementation & Preparation of Domestic Pitch Policy. 
• Budgeting and Programming for New Construction, Up-gradation of Pitches & Outfield. 
• Preparation of Annual Budget for Test/ODI/T-20s/First Class Pitches Outfield & Equipment. 
• Supervision of Pitches preparation during International and Domestic Matches as per the instruction of Management.
• Monitoring progress of PCB ground staff all over the regions.
• Liaison with International Cricket Operations, Academies and Team Management to prepare pitches during Domestic and International matches.
